Yoga with Jess

Hi I'm Jess, 200 hour yoga teacher, teaching hatha yoga, restorative and YIN classes. As an ex-dancer, my passion for movement has merged over the years,  teaching mindful creative sequences with a hint of laid back New Zealand humour. I layer my classes with philosophy and deep intention setting, providing a space for my clients to explore and heal.

“Jess ran sessions with our year 11 students who were exploring ways to manage their well-being through various forms of physical activity. Jess’ charismatic personality had our learners fully engaging in the sessions, and appreciating the value Yoga has for their health. Many students have passed comment that they would love to embed Yoga into their health and fitness practice, and Jess is most certainly to credit for empowering them this way. We can’t wait to have her back again to continue working with our students!”

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Some of our NZ & UK based team spent time together earlier getting our daily movement in with a relaxing (virtual) yoga session with Jessica at Honey Collective Yoga. I loved how well this worked for both our team winding down for the evening & for those just starting their day!
