Hi, I’m Jess and this is my story…
The Honey Collective was born out of a challenging time in my life when my understanding of yoga went from being a form of exercise to an emotional partner who nourished me back to a state of peace and balance.
Having always loved movement and dance, yoga has been instrumental in reconnecting this love through the power of breath and asanas. Yoga calms the mind, creates strength in the body, allows us to breath and surrenders us to the present moment.
Yoga provided me the tools to overcome my fears and anxieties and most importantly has helped me on my journey to self-love.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali under the teachings of Brad Hay a world-class senior Level 3 ParaYoga and Meditation Teacher. My training allowed me to deepen my knowledge of Tantric Hatha yoga, and learn the ancient Ayurveda principles. I currently teach once a week at Les Mill Britomart, along with taking private group classes for clients.
